Can you build a new home or addition?
Yes. Our team includes a licensed general contractor and crews for the stages of a home, from grading through finish work. Share your location, plans if available, and target timing so we can review the project.
Do you have licensed plumbing and electrical trades?
Yes. The plumbing and electrical work is done by the licensed plumber and licensed electrician we work through. We coordinate their work with new homes, additions, and remodels, and review individual trade projects by scope.
Do you take on smaller repair projects?
Yes. Doors, trim, drywall patches, paint touch-ups, and repair lists are part of the work we discuss. Send the full list so we can review what fits the scope.
Can I send photos before arranging a visit?
Yes. Photos and your town help start the conversation. They do not replace an on-site assessment when measurements or hidden conditions matter.
How do I get a price for my project?
Start with a description and photos. We will clarify the scope and explain whether a visit is needed. Any assessment fee, materials, payment terms, and timing should be confirmed before booking.
Can you help with a realtor repair list?
Send the list, town, and target date. We can review suitable items and discuss availability; a closing deadline is not promised before the work is assessed.
